Personal Information We Collect

  • Booking information when you schedule a call through Calendly: name, email address, and selected time slot.
  • Newsletter signup details if you subscribe to The Disruption Digest: email address.
  • Technical and usage data collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and general location (city/country level).

Lawful Basis and Purpose of Processing

In line with POPIA's conditions for lawful processing, we only collect personal information for specific, explicitly defined purposes, with your consent or where necessary to perform a contract or pursue a legitimate business interest. We use your information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide requested services.
  • Schedule and manage discovery calls.
  • Send newsletter content, if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe/withdraw consent at any time).
  • Improve our website and marketing based on aggregated usage trends.
  • Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We do not use your personal information for any purpose beyond what it was collected for, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Where third-party operators process personal information on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to ensure they apply security safeguards consistent with POPIA. Some of these providers may process data outside South Africa; where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection is maintained.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
